Working with Addison’s simplification team, I redesigned Citi Private Bank’s monthly statements and premiere Relationship Report featuring performance data. We created monthly statements that followed a modular structure and worked across various regions. Both the statements and Relationship Report required an in-depth architecture exploration. The solution included restructuring the content and nomenclature, as well as adding and removing various data to meet client needs.

We broke down the content of the Relationship Report into three categories: Relationship, Performance, and Analytics. These categories helped navigate the user through the document. We included additional data visualizations and revamped the look and feel, which related to the legal statement but with an enhanced visual aesthetic.
